1. Perishable Nature of Flowers:
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final once delivered. However, if you experience any issues with the quality of the flowers or the service provided, we offer the resolutions.
2. Quality Guarantee:
We guarantee that your flowers will arrive in fresh and pristine condition. If you believe the flowers delivered to you are of unsatisfactory quality (e.g., wilted, damaged, or not as described), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- To report an issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the flowers
- A detailed description of the issue
Our customer support team will review the case and respond promptly with a resolution.
3. Refunds or Replacements:
- Damaged or Substandard Products: If the flowers delivered are damaged or not up to quality standards, we offer a free replacement or a partial/full refund based on the severity of the issue.
- Incorrect Orders: In case the wrong flowers or arrangements were delivered, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations:
- Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds or replacements if you simply change your mind after the flowers have been delivered.
- Delayed Complaints: Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refunds or replacements due to the perishable nature of flowers.
- Incorrect Delivery Information: If incorrect delivery details are provided, and we are unable to deliver the order, refunds will not be issued. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate.
5. Cancellations:
- Before Delivery: You can cancel your order up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
- After Delivery Process Begins: Orders cannot be canceled once the delivery process has started.
6. Special Occasions & Custom Orders:
Orders placed for special events (e.g., weddings, Valentine’s Day, Eid) or custom arrangements may be non-refundable. However, we will strive to address any quality concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
